Forex Trading Loophole
the Millionaires will not tell you about.
The FX market is the largest most traded investment market in the world. Let’s put the market’s trading volume in perspective. In 2003 the reported trading volume for the NYSE (New York Stock Exchange) was a mere $9.6 trillion. This seems like a respectable figure, but in comparison to the Foreign Exchange Market, which is commonly trading $3.2 trillion in a single day, these numbers pail in comparison. This is why many fund managers and Fortune 500 companies invest heavily in this highly liquid market. This mind boggling volume is probably what led you to this page.
Trading the Forex Market can be very risky. According to a news release in November of 2007, 94% of all Forex Traders lose their entire investment in just under six months. What this tells me is only 6% of Forex Traders ever make money. In today’s environment, I believe these numbers will not change. But what can change is the Names of the traders that are in that 6%. Traditional Technical Analysis is only useful about 20% of the time in the Forex Market. This percentage can go up depending on the time frame of the chart. But in my experience, Most Forex Traders use 1 hour to 5 minute charts. Trying to pick the direction of a currency pair can cost you big.
